Anyone who lives in Tennessee is welcome to contact us to learn more about our services. We offer confidential and private services that can be provided in-person or via telehealth to accommodate individuals’ needs. Individuals living in states bordering Tennessee are also welcome to contact us and are eligible for services if you travel over Tennessee state lines for an in-person or telehealth appointment.
We currently have two offices, one in Memphis, TN, and one in Johnson City, TN, along with telehealth options. A third office in Nashville, TN will be opening in late 2024.
